It is built on Italian health and safety law (D.Lgs. 81/2008) by Control Chem, an Italian HSE consultancy, and it removes manual work where it is not needed.

It works for structured SMEs as well as larger groups that manage contractors, suppliers and staff under compliance requirements — including foreign groups with plants or sites in Italy.

Yes. The platform can be used in English or Italian, and each user chooses their own language. Contractors uploading documents also see their pages in the language set for the contract. The integrated management system manual is currently in Italian. Our team supports you in English and Italian.

An archive stores files. Control Management coordinates processes: it automatically tells people what they need to do, tracks completeness, monitors deadlines, links documents to suppliers and contracts, and produces audit-ready views. It does not just replace Excel — it replaces repetitive manual work.

Yes. For every employee the platform tracks induction training, mandatory safety courses, authorisations, safety representative courses, fitness for work and ISO awareness. It raises alerts on expiry dates and refreshers, reducing non-conformities caused by missing training.

You set up each contract by defining its categories and the documents required. You invite contractors and self-employed workers by email, and they upload their documents to their own dedicated area. You see the compliance status in real time, receive alerts on expiries and missing items, and produce audit-ready reports.

Yes. Every document, authorisation, fitness assessment or appointment can have an expiry date. The system builds a deadline calendar, shows visual warnings in the dashboards and sends automatic notifications to the people responsible. No more deadlines tracked from memory or on side spreadsheets.

Yes, and it is one of its most concrete benefits. All documentation is organised by contract, supplier, employee and type. Past checks are tracked. When the audit comes you do not have to rebuild anything: filter, export, show. Everything ready, everything verifiable.

Yes. The platform comes from Control Chem’s experience with integrated management systems. Training, awareness, fitness for work, supplier management and document tracking are structured to support the requirements of ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), 45001 (health and safety) and 22000 (food safety).

Data is hosted on European cloud infrastructure with encrypted HTTPS access. Automatic backups and redundancy ensure service continuity. Access is role-based: every user only sees what their role allows.

Yes. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Access policies, activity logs, data export and deletion are in place. On request we provide the data processing agreement (DPA) for our appointment as data processor.

Yes. The platform runs daily backups with historical retention. Changes to sensitive data (documents, deadlines, fitness assessments) are tracked, and earlier versions can be recovered if needed.

Basic onboarding is quick: once the account is active, the standard setup (users, document categories, types) takes a few hours. For larger organisations we propose a tailored implementation plan with a dedicated consultant.

The price is built on two variables: the modules you activate and how many people work in your company, which is how we size the service. You only pay for the modules you use, and updates, document storage, access for external contractors and support are already included.
