1. The modules you activate
Control Management is split into independent modules. You activate the ones you need and pay for those. If you manage contractors and suppliers but handle machinery maintenance elsewhere, you don’t activate that module and you don’t pay for it.
It is also why you can start small: activate the most urgent area and add the rest when needed, without redoing anything or re-entering data that is already there.
2. How many people work in your company
Headcount is the indicator we use to size the service: it tells us how many users will work on the platform, how many documents and deadlines it will have to follow and how much traffic it will generate.
A company of ten people and one of three hundred don’t use the same amount of service, and it is not fair for them to pay the same. That is why size is part of the price: it is the difference between a cost that works for a small company and a cost that fits a large one.
No costs that appear later.
- Platform updates
- Storage for the documents you upload
- Access for external contractors, who are not your users
- Support during normal use
- Changes and improvements to the modules you use
Only agreed one-off work is quoted separately, such as migrating data from a previous system or building an entirely new module: things that are priced before, not after.
Three steps, no long negotiation.
Changes and improvements to the Control Management software modules come at no extra cost: we see them as a strategic investment in better service for our customers and in our own expertise.
You pay for these, and only the ones you choose.
